Key Requirements for Quality Submission

Resolution

Ensure files are submitted in 300 dpi. Lower resolutions like 72 dpi will require resizing, affecting image quality.

File Size and Borders

Font Management

Convert fonts to paths when possible (Illustrator, FreeHand), or rasterize text in Photoshop. This prevents font issues during printing.

File Naming

Use unique and descriptive file names that relate to the job name for efficiency. For example: DrJohn_4x6_front.pdf.

Where do I start? When I started my small business I had very little direction! Direct Mail Xperts and Ira literally helped me formulate a direct mailer piece from the design right down to the font of the wording!!! Ira had a million ideas and was very patient with me and my decision making. He went out of his way to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
