Direct Mail Xperts is a commercial printer running digital, offset and large format work across 12 production facilities nationwide, printing since 1979. Runs go from 500 pieces to 500,000, and anything heading into the mail is folded, addressed and mailed in the same building. One press check, one invoice, one company answering the phone.
Three ways to put ink on paper. We pick the one your budget actually needs.
Quantity, turnaround and personalization decide the press. We run all three platforms in house, so the recommendation is based on your run length instead of the only machine on the floor.

The catalog
Everything we print, in one index.
Direct Mail Xperts prints 86 products across 8 categories, from a 14 option business card range to wide format banners, signs and window graphics. Search by name or filter by category, then click any product to request a quote. Your representative prices the whole job, including postage when it is heading into the mail stream.
Print quality is the first physical thing a prospect touches, so it becomes their read on your brand before a single word is processed. Our process pairs technical control with environmental responsibility, and every job passes through experienced print technicians who monitor density, registration and trim at each stage rather than only at the end.
Advanced technology and ecological responsibility form the cornerstone of our printing services. Our nationwide network of production facilities holds consistent quality while minimizing environmental impact through sustainable practices, and the same standard applies from a 500 piece business card order to a 500,000 piece catalog campaign.
We have invested in current printing technology while keeping traditional craftsmanship on the floor. Because printing, folding, addressing and USPS coordination happen under one roof, a color problem is caught by the same team accountable for the mail date, which is where multi vendor campaigns usually lose a week.

Common questions
Answers before you send the file.
What printing services does Direct Mail Xperts offer?
Digital, offset and large format printing across more than 80 printed products, including business cards, postcards, brochures, catalogs up to 48 pages, flyers, banners, signs, stationery and promotional items. Printing is one phase of a full service operation that also covers design, variable data, folding, inserting, tabbing, addressing, CASS certification, NCOA processing and USPS delivery. Everything runs through 12 company facilities rather than subcontractors.
How do I order printing from Direct Mail Xperts?
Pick the product from the catalog above and request a quote, or call 888-671-3115 and speak with a representative directly. Tell us the quantity, finished size, stock and deadline, and you get back a flat rate quote covering printing, finishing and postage. There are no file prep fees and no surprise upcharges after the fact.
Should I choose digital or offset printing?
Run length decides it. Digital wins on shorter runs, tight deadlines and any job where each piece carries different names, offers or images, because there are no plates to make. Offset wins once quantities climb, delivering lower cost per piece, finer detail and exact Pantone matching. Send us the quantity, size and stock and we will price both so you can compare the real numbers instead of guessing.
Can you print my job and mail it too?
Yes, and that is the main reason clients consolidate here. The same building that prints your piece also folds, tabs, inserts and addresses it, runs CASS certification and NCOA processing on your list, and hands it to the USPS. One point of accountability covers the press date and the mail date. Clients who let us design to postal automation specs from the start typically save 30 to 50 percent on postage compared with mail that was not optimized.
What file formats do you accept, and will you check my artwork?
Print ready PDF is preferred, with fonts embedded, images at 300 dpi and a bleed on any element that runs off the trim. Native design files are accepted on custom work. Every file gets a preflight before it reaches the press, and we flag low resolution images, missing bleed, RGB elements and anything that would break USPS automation. If artwork does not exist yet, our design team builds it. Full file specs are on the art file submission page.
How fast can you turn a print job around?
Standard campaigns run 2 to 3 weeks from concept to delivery, and rush work moves in 7 to 10 days. Straight reprints from an approved file are faster. The speed comes from removing handoffs. Campaigns split across a designer, a printer and a separate mail house commonly take 6 to 8 weeks because each vendor waits on the one before it.
Do you print small quantities, or is there a minimum?
No arbitrary minimum forces you to print more than the strategy calls for. A 500 piece B2B test and a 500,000 piece consumer mailing get the same preflight, the same color standard and the same consultation. Small runs go digital so you are not paying for plates on a test, and if the test performs we scale the same artwork onto offset.
How do you keep color consistent across facilities and reprints?
Presses are calibrated to a shared standard and jobs are proofed before the run, so the sheet approved in one facility matches the sheet that runs in another. Brand critical colors are specified as Pantone and matched rather than built from process ink. This matters most on multi piece campaigns where a postcard, a brochure and a banner all have to carry the same corporate blue.
Is your printing environmentally responsible?
Yes. We use environmentally friendly ink systems, offer certified recycled paper stocks, and run waste reduction across the workflow from make ready through trim. Regional production across 12 facilities also cuts freight distance, so the finished piece travels fewer miles before it enters the mail stream. Ask your representative for recycled stock options when you request the quote.
